Terms of Service

1. Who you are dealing with

Brevibot ("we", "us") is an AI agency led by Sergiu Butnaru, operating from Romania. These terms cover your use of https://brevibot.com and the services you can book through it. By booking a session or engaging us for a project, you accept them.

2. The services

  • AI Operations Audit (€297): a paid 1-hour working session, one to one. We map where time leaks in your business, set up AI agents live on the call, and you receive a written plan for the top 3 things to automate, plus 3 months of access to the Brevibot AI Resource Hub.
  • 30-minute chat (€50): a short call to ask us anything about AI, automation, or websites, and to see whether we are a fit.
  • Project work (websites, agents, automations): scoped and priced per engagement, in writing, before we start. The written scope is part of the agreement between us.

3. Bookings and payment

  • Sessions are booked through the calendar on this site. Paid sessions are confirmed once payment completes in the booking flow.
  • Need to move a session? Use the link in your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the start time and we will reschedule at no cost.
  • If you miss a session without notice, we may treat it as delivered. If we ever need to cancel, you choose between a full refund and a new time.

4. What you get, and what you own

  • Deliverables named in the session or scope (for example the written audit plan, or a finished website) are yours once paid for. Where we build you a website, you own the code.
  • Third-party platforms we configure for you (for example a CRM, a hosting account, or an AI provider) remain governed by their own terms and pricing, which you accept directly with those providers.
  • We may describe work we did for you in our portfolio, without publishing anything confidential. Tell us if you prefer we do not, and we will not.

5. Working with AI systems

We build with AI models and automation platforms. They are powerful and we test what we ship, but AI output can be imperfect and third-party platforms can change or fail. We set systems up with sensible guardrails and human handoffs, and we fix problems in what we delivered. We cannot guarantee specific business results, revenue, or rankings.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any engagement is capped at the amount you paid us for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing removes the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law, and EU consumer protection rules apply where relevant. Consumers in Romania can also turn to ANPC (Romania).

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the services evolve. The date at the top tells you when they last changed; the version on this page at the time you book is the one that applies to that booking.
